What do you teach in the class?
After a baisc 'warm up' you'll learn the movements of the Tai Chi form - the slow, flowing movements that characterise Tai Chi and increase your flexibility and balance. There are also partner exercises, called 'push hands', in which you learn to develop your balance and ability to centre yourself while in contact with another person.

health or martial arts?
The first half of the class is suitable for people
interested in learning Tai Chi to improve their health, the
second half for people wishing to study the martial
aspects.
